Lucinda trained & worked in London – undertaking numerous contracts based overseas, for over 19 years … she worked at the ‘Trevor Sorbie Academy’ in Savile Row & was on the fashion team for hair, make-up & styling at ‘The Daily Mail’ ‘The Daily Mirror’ & ‘The Sun’ She continues to work for fashion & celebrity magazines – styling in the UK & overseas.

Lucinda has performed makeovers on; ‘This Morning’ ITV, GMTV, STV, ‘The Clothes Show’ BBC TV & other fashion & beauty programmes. She has worked as a ‘celebrity’ make-up artist/stylist, & hosted the ten part make-over & style-shopping series ‘Style Bible.’ For 9 years she had her own double page fashion & beauty column in Cumbria, for The Westmorland Gazette Newspaper.’

During the past 10 years (and after much persuasion from certain Lake District hoteliers…) Lucinda has become involved with Brides… describing this part of her career as;

“…one of the best jobs I could have imagined, a privilege to share such a special morning, and a joy to show how media skills can enhance and prolong a look, even with the most subtle of make-up’s and most natural of red-carpet hairstyles…”

Whilst she continues to work in editorial & TV, and behind the scenes for catwalk (runway) she also provides her media skills in image styling for the discerning client, making herself available for one-to-one workshops – including her very popular ‘Wardrobe Clearout & Shop-till-we-drop’ days.

Lucinda has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading photographers (including her sister – the very talented photographer, trainer & author; Annabel Williams) and outside of her media work, has performed ‘make-overs’ on over 3,000 ‘real’ people.
